Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device — a computer, phone or tablet — when you visit it. Websites use them to work properly, to remember things such as whether you are signed in, and sometimes to measure or track visits.

This policy explains how Techwara LLP ("Techwara", "we", "us"), which runs Rentlyf, uses cookies and similar browser storage on rentlyf.com.

2. The cookies we use

A. Strictly necessary — keeping you signed in

rentlyf.com sets one cookie of its own, rentlyf_rt:

• What it does: keeps you signed in to Rentlyf, so you do not have to enter a code on every visit.
• When it is set: only when you sign in. Joining the waitlist, contacting us or browsing does not set it.
• How long it lasts: until you sign out, or your sign-in ends.
• Who can read it: your browser sends it only to Rentlyf's own websites, and scripts on the page cannot read it.

Because the service cannot work without it, the site does not ask before setting it.

B. Analytics — only if you agree

If you choose Accept on the banner at the bottom of the page, rentlyf.com uses Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are read, roughly where visitors are, what device they use, and which site or app sent them. Google Analytics then sets these cookies on rentlyf.com:

• _ga — tells one visitor from another. Lasts up to 2 years.
• _ga_<id> — keeps track of your current visit. Lasts up to 2 years.

Nothing you type into a form is sent to Google Analytics — not your name, number, email address or message. We count only that a form was sent, and which list you joined.

The same Accept also turns on Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, from Vercel, which hosts the site: they count which pages are visited and measure how quickly each one loads, from the page's address (never anything after a ? or # in it), the kind of browser and device, the country, and which site sent you. They set no cookies and keep nothing on your device.

If you choose Decline, or don't choose, none of these loads and none of Google's cookies is set. You can change your choice at any time with Change your cookie choice at the top of this page — every page's footer links here, as Cookie Policy; withdrawing stops them and deletes Google's cookies.

C. Advertising and tracking — none

rentlyf.com has no advertising, and sets or allows no cookie that follows you to other websites.

D. Other browser storage — your cookie choice

rentlyf.com remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics in your browser's local storage, under rentlyf:analytics-consent, so the banner doesn't ask again on every page. It holds nothing else. The website's fonts are served from rentlyf.com itself, so no font service sees your visit.

3. Third-party cookies and embedded services

Some services that run parts of rentlyf.com may set their own cookies:

• Cloudflare, which delivers rentlyf.com, may set a security cookie such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance to tell people from automated traffic and protect the site from attack. These cookies hold nothing that identifies you, and expire after a short time.
• Google Analytics, only if you accept it, as described above. Google processes the visit data for us, under Google's own privacy policy, and may do so outside India.
• Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, only if you accept them, as described above. They set no cookies; Vercel processes the visit and speed data for us, under Vercel's own privacy policy, and may do so outside India.
• Google Maps provides the property map, once it opens, under Google's own privacy policy.
• Google and Apple sign-in, if you choose them, take place on Google's or Apple's own pages, under their own cookie policies.

4. How you can manage or delete cookies

You can see, block or delete cookies at any time in your browser's settings:

• Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies
• Mozilla Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
• Apple Safari: Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data
• Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions

You can also change your analytics choice at any time with Change your cookie choice at the top of this page.

If you block the rentlyf_rt cookie, you will not be able to stay signed in to Rentlyf. Everything else on rentlyf.com works without it, and all of rentlyf.com works without the analytics cookies.

5. Changes to this policy

If we ever start using another cookie, we will update this page first and change the date at the top. If a new cookie is not strictly necessary, we will ask you before setting it.
